The ATR Probe DPR-210 or 212 allows a quick and easy FTIR analysis on a variety of samples with virtually no sample handling. The probe mounts in the sample compartment of your spectrophotometer and dips directly into a sample to analyze liquids, pastes or slurries. . Cleaning is uncomplicated, fast and free of sample residues. Simply rinse the DPR-210 or 212 with a suitable solvent and wipe it clean with a soft cloth or brush. Replaceable ATR elements enable optimization of performance for most chemical systems.

DPR-207 and DMD-270 ATR probes are characteristic for their small diameter and high assembly flexibility required for many research and process development applications. The key to their small diameter and high performance is the use of a single gold optical fiber to couple the IR radiation both to the probe tip and back to the instrument. This is combined with a patented design that eliminates stray light due to first surface reflections. For best performance, these probes should be used with a nitrogen-cooled MCT detector.
