TrayCell 2.0 is a further development of Hellma’s successful ultra-micro sample-volume spectrometer cell TrayCell®.

Product improvements – this is NEW with the TrayCell 2.0

  • Measurement of samples with low surface tension now possible due to  a deepened measuring window
  • Samples remain in droplet shape and can simply be pipetted off and be reused. 
  • The new, PTFE-coated metal head makes the TrayCell 2.0 much more robust, facilitates cleaning and enables a particularly simple and fast sample change
  • A new lid with a higher rim improves the handling


  • Purity and concentration determination of proteins
  • DNA / RNA purity and assay
  • All spectrophotometric microvolume measurements (0.7 μl-10 μl) in the UV / Vis range
